MPJ Academy Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for all students, parents, staff, and community members of MPJ Academy. By enrolling, working, or participating in MPJ Academy activities, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Code of Conduct

For Students:

Attend classes regularly, 5 hours per week, arrive on time, and actively participate in all academic and extracurricular activities.
Respect classmates, teachers, and all academy staff, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Follow all school rules, including dress code, classroom behavior, and conduct on school grounds.
Avoid any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

For Parents/Guardians:

Support your child’s education by encouraging attendance, participation, and completion of assignments.
Communicate respectfully with teachers, staff, and other parents.
Stay informed of school policies, events, and your child’s progress through regular communication with MPJ Academy.

For Staff:

Provide quality education and support to all students while maintaining professionalism and respect.
Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

3. Tuition and Fees

For Parents/Guardians:

Tuition and any associated fees must be paid on time. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in penalties, suspension of academic access, or withholding of transcripts and diplomas until accounts are settled.
Tuition payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the financial agreement.

4. Attendance Policy

For Students:

Students are expected to attend all classes as scheduled. Excessive absences, whether excused or unexcused, may affect grades, progress, and eligibility for graduation.
In case of absences, students are responsible for catching up on missed assignments and obtaining any relevant materials from teachers or classmates.

5. Use of School Facilities and Property

For All:

Treat all MPJ Academy facilities, equipment, and resources with respect. Any damage to school property may result in disciplinary action and reimbursement costs.

For Students and Staff:

Cyberbullying, inappropriate websites, and unauthorized downloads are strictly prohibited.
Personal devices used on school property must comply with academy guidelines. Unauthorized use of technology during class time is not permitted.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

10. Extracurricular Activities and Events

For Students and Parents:

Students and parents are expected to adhere to the code of conduct and represent MPJ Academy respectfully at all extracurricular events.

11. Media Consent and Photography

For All:

By enrolling or participating in MPJ Academy activities, students and parents consent to the use of photos or videos taken during school events for promotional or educational purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child’s image to be used must provide a written request to the administration.

12. Withdrawal and Transfer Policies

For Parents/Guardians:

In the event that a student withdraws from MPJ Academy, parents/guardians must provide written notice to the administration. All outstanding fees must be paid prior to the release of transcripts and records.
MPJ Academy will support the transfer process to other schools or institutions by providing the necessary academic records once all obligations are met.

13. Amendment of Terms

For All:

MPJ Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to students, parents, and staff through official channels.

14. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in MPJ Academy, working as part of the staff, or participating as a community member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the academy or termination of employment.
